As I play live instruments, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other sound healing instruments and music. you’re invited to move freely as the harmonic textures resonate around you, and allow the sounds to move you.
As you move with awareness, focus turns inward, you begin to unwind tension held in the muscles and nervous system, release stored emotions, and restore natural flow in both energy and circulation. The body communicates through sensation; by listening and responding through movement, you reconnect with its innate wisdom.
Movement is medicine and is one of the most effective forms of healing, it strengthens the body, supports cardiovascular and immune health, and reduces the risk of chronic illness. It also nourishes mental and emotional well being, releasing endorphins, easing anxiety and depression, and enhancing focus and vitality.
Movement becomes medicine when it is approached with awareness, intention, and presence. Rather than simply exercising the body, somatic movement engages the whole being, body, mind, and spirit, through conscious exploration.
Each gesture, breath, and pause becomes a pathway to balance and renewal. Stillness integrates what movement reveals, while movement expresses what stillness uncovers. In this dance between motion and rest, the body heals itself aligning the physical, emotional, and energetic systems into harmony.
